Despite some issues with the rooms and ongoing renovations, the hotel has a perfect location within the City Palace offering stunning views. The service was a mix of excellent presentation skills and attentive staff but lacked an overall atmosphere. Dining was enjoyable in the courtyard by the pool. I was immediately transported to a magical era by the exceptional room decor featuring a huge chandelier and a central fountain, creating a lavish and royal ambiance. However, the lack of views from the room could be slightly disappointing.
